On October 2 Vijayanagar College celebrated Mahatama Gandhi’s 155 birthday and Lal Bhadhur Shastri’s 120 birthday. After garlanding the photos of the two leader the pledge on Swachhata took by the staff and students. Principal Dr. M. Prabhugouda explained the importance of maintaining Swachhata everywhere including College campus. NCC officer Prabhuswamy welcomed the gathering. Physical director Shivakumar submitted vote of thanks. College Governing body Chairman Mallikarjun Metri sir was the Chief guest. after the function College campus cleaned by the staff members and students.
