On 30th July 2024 in our Vijayanagar College Women Empowerment Cell in Association with IQAC conducted Special Lectures on Menstrual Hygiene Awareness and Cervical Cancer Vaccine to our College girls. Four famous Gynecologist of Hosapete Dr. Sumangala, Dr. Anjana D, Dr.Tanuja Hubli and Dr. Tulasi Priya addressed and students interacted with them. There was Power Point Presentation on Cervical Cancer possible causes and remedies for that. Dr. Sumangal spoke on Vaccine for Cervical Cancer. Dr. Anjana on Menstrual Hygiene Awareness. Dr. Tanuja on symptoms of Cervical Cancer and Dr. Tulasi on details of Cervical Cancer Vaccine. In the inaugural of this function Chairman Metri Mallikarjuna and Principal Dr. M. Prabhugouda were present. B S Huvakka president of women Enpowerment Cell was also present. Smt. Jayashree madam introduced the guest to the students and Dr. Pushpa kavatagi submitted vote of thanks.
