On the eve of world youth skill day 15th July 2024 at 11 am a state level workshop organized on Financial literacy- an investment awareness in the conference Hall of Vijayanagar College Hosapete by Commerce and Management department. First Resource person Dr. Rameshkumar Asst. Professor Delhi University Delhi explained the financial awareness and its importance in the present time. After this second Resource Person miss Rupa singh Asst. Prof. In Delhi University explained the advantages of old taxation and new taxation methods. After each session students and staff interacted with the Resource person. Principal Dr. M. Prabhugouda stressed on saving while earning for the future. Students of M.Com and BBA around 100 participated in the workshop. Nagaraj Bommanal hod commerce department, Sikandar Basha Hod of Management and Iqac Coordinator Ravikiran was present in the function.
